Nancy Monk, Certified Medical Reiki Master

Greetings! I am a Reiki master practicing  in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts and Norfolk CT providing private client sessions.In addition, a  majority of my focus is in the healthcare sector. As a previous employee of  Yale New Haven Hospital  Systems  I provided reiki treatments, meditation, yoga and Gentle Touch and Guided Imagery to staff. I currently do the same at two medical centers in the Berkshires and teach Reiki 1, 2 and Masters to Healthcare workers. 

My main focus is reiki treatments but also am trained in hypnotherapy and cranial sacral therapy. I completed 200 HR Yoga Teacher Teacher Training and 100 HR Meditation Teacher Training and Gentle Touch Guided Imagery training and an End of Life Doula. I am also a certified Medical Reiki Master and trained to provide reiki pre, post and during surgery.

Our body can heal itself. We let so many external influences dictate how we act and feel each and every day and they slowly take over our life.  We need to slow down, listen to our body and heal from the inside out and release anything that does not serve us.  

I customize my sessions for each individual  and I would be honored to help you along this journey to take care of you!
